Responsibilities
- Maintain and update accurate digital and physical filing systems for government documents.
- Process, verify, and route incoming correspondence and mail efficiently.
- Assist the public via phone and in-person inquiries regarding city records and services.
- Prepare routine reports, statistical data summaries, and correspondence.
- Coordinate meeting schedules and manage calendars for department leadership.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
