Responsibilities
- Manage public records and maintain confidential documentation systems
- Coordinate interdepartmental communications and stakeholder outreach

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in government or public sector
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and government databases
- Valid Texas driver's license (if travel required)
- U.S. citizenship and clean background check
- Strong written/verbal communication skills in English/Spanish
- Certification in Public Administration (preferred)
