Responsibilities
- Manage confidential records and maintain accurate documentation systems
- Coordinate interdepartmental communications and scheduling for senior officials
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for public meetings
- Process financial transactions and procurement requests in compliance with municipal regulations
- Support public inquiries with professional and accurate information
- Assist in grant application preparation and compliance monitoring
- Implement records retention policies and FOIA request procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in government or regulated industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and records management software
- Strong knowledge of Ohio public records laws and procurement processes
- Ability to obtain security clearance within 30 days of hire
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
