Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain official government records with strict compliance to state and federal regulations
- Process citizen requests and permits during weekend public service hours
- Coordinate inter-departmental communications and documentation
- Assist with public outreach events and community engagement initiatives
- Prepare accurate reports for city council meetings and regulatory audits
- Implement digital filing systems and data security protocols
- Train weekend support staff on administrative procedures
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Public Administration or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of government or public sector experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems
- Ability to obtain Ohio government security clearance
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (8am-4pm)
