Responsibilities
- Process citizen permits and license applications with precision
- Manage public records requests and document archiving Coordinate inter-departmental communications for weekend operations
- Provide in-person customer service at our weekend citizen service hub
- Prepare weekly operational reports for department heads
- Maintain compliance with Florida Sunshine Law protocols
- Support emergency response coordination during weekend shifts
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Public Administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience in government or regulated industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean record
- Spanish/English bilingual certification preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
