Responsibilities
- Manage and process daily payroll and pension disbursements with high accuracy.
- Analyze financial data to ensure compliance with state regulations and pension fund policies.
- Prepare and review reports for state auditors and government stakeholders.
- Assist in the implementation of new government financial systems and software.
- Collaborate with the human resources department to ensure employee benefits are correctly administered.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in government or public sector finance.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and government financial software.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to pass a background check and security clearance.
