Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Criminal Justice, Political Science, or a related field is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a government, public sector, or administrative role.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with data analysis software is preferred.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of North Carolina state government operations and compliance standards.
- Attributes: Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Certifications: Any relevant certifications in project management or public policy are a plus.
