Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks including cleaning, sweeping, and debris removal in public areas.
- Assist with street maintenance, pothole repair, and traffic control signage.
- Operate light equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations on job sites.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the foreman immediately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Ability to perform physical labor including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Basic knowledge of construction or maintenance safety practices.
