Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and processing of government documentation and contracts with a high degree of accuracy.
- Conduct research and compile data for various federal reports and briefings.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring compliance with strict federal regulations.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders and external partners to coordinate project timelines and deliverables.
- Support the team with scheduling, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements for senior personnel.
- Perform general office duties, including answering phones and managing correspondence.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business, or a related field is a plus.
- U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive government information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and security clearance processing.
