Responsibilities
- Analyze state budgets, expenditures, and revenue projections using advanced financial modeling tools
- Prepare comprehensive fiscal reports for legislative committees and agency leadership
- Monitor compliance with federal grant requirements and state procurement regulations
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize resource allocation and cost-efficiency
- Develop long-term financial forecasts and strategic fiscal recommendations

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Public Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of governmental or public sector financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and financial reporting software
- CPA or CMA certification strongly preferred
- Deep understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
