Responsibilities
- Develop and implement municipal policies aligned with federal/state regulations
- Manage cross-functional projects involving federal agencies and local stakeholders
- Analyze public data to inform evidence-based decision-making
- Ensure compliance with FOIA, HIPAA, and other governmental protocols
- Lead community outreach programs for public engagement
- Coordinate emergency response protocols with state/local partners
- Prepare detailed reports for legislative review and budget allocation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- 5+ years of government/public sector experience
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain one
- Expertise in federal/state/local compliance frameworks
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data visualization tools
- Proven project management with PMP certification preferred
- Strong written/verbal communication skills with policy drafting experience
