Responsibilities
- Manage public service programs ensuring compliance with GA state and federal regulations
- Process and analyze constituent requests with 48-hour response guarantee
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on policy implementation
- Prepare detailed reports for legislative stakeholders
- Conduct field assessments for community infrastructure projects
- Mediate public inquiries using conflict resolution protocols
- Maintain accurate records in government databases
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- Minimum 2 years government or public sector experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data visualization tools
- Valid Georgia driver's license with clean record
- US citizenship and ability to pass federal background check
- Knowledge of GA Sunshine Laws and FOIA procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional evenings
