Responsibilities

- Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments to protect sensitive citizen data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to upgrade legacy systems and improve operational efficiency.
- Provide technical support and training to staff regarding new software and hardware implementations.
- Document system configurations and maintain detailed technical logs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT support, network administration, or systems analysis.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or Cisco CCNA are highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, and cloud computing platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder reporting.
