Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze network traffic to detect and mitigate cyber threats in real-time
- Implement and maintain advanced security protocols across federal IT systems
- Lead incident response teams during security breaches and cyberattacks
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on critical infrastructure
- Develop and update cybersecurity policies compliant with federal regulations (NIST, FISMA)
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies on cyber threat investigations

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years experience in cybersecurity or information assurance
- Active CISSP, Security+, or CEH certification required

- Experience with SIEM tools (Splunk, ArcSight) and threat intelligence platforms
