Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure and hardware.
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive government data.
- Provide technical support and training to state agency personnel.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state IT policies and standards.
- Document system configurations and troubleshooting procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to upgrade legacy systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT support or network administration.
- Active Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance (or ability to obtain).
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, Windows Server, and Linux environments.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
