Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support via phone, email, and ticketing systems (ServiceNow).
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network peripherals.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and Active Directory domains.
- Perform regular system maintenance and patch management to ensure security compliance.
- Assist in the deployment of new workstations and devices to government facilities.
- Document technical issues and resolutions to maintain a knowledge base.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Valid driver's license and good driving record.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with non-technical staff.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Windows Server environments.
- Ability to obtain a State of Ohio Public Trust Security Clearance.
