Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized digital and physical records.
- Answer incoming inquiries via phone and email and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Assist in preparing reports, correspondence, and documentation required for regulatory compliance.
- Ensure strict adherence to local, state, and federal government regulations and protocols.
- Maintain a clean, professional, and organized office environment for staff and visitors.
- Support senior staff with various administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; a college degree is a plus but not mandatory.
- No prior government experience is necessary; we provide full on-the-job training.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
