Responsibilities
- Monitor premises and surveillance systems during night shifts to ensure security protocols
- Respond to emergency situations and incidents with appropriate procedures
- Conduct regular patrols and access control checks at government facilities
- Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during critical incidents
- Enforce safety regulations and emergency response plans
- Operate security equipment including alarms, cameras, and communication devices
Qualifications
- Valid New Mexico Security Guard License
- Minimum 2 years security or law enforcement experience
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in surveillance technology and reporting systems
- U.S. citizenship and ability to pass federal background check
- CPR and First Aid certification
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
