Responsibilities

- Conduct routine security checks of municipal facilities
- Provide exceptional citizen support via dedicated night shift hotline
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless service continuity
Qualifications
- US citizenship and valid Minnesota driver's license
- Minimum 2 years in public sector or emergency services
- Ability to obtain government security clearance
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience with municipal software systems
- Availability to work 11 PM - 7 AM schedule
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic first aid/CPR certification preferred
