Responsibilities
- Manage federal grant programs supporting veteran healthcare initiatives
- Analyze program data and prepare compliance reports for federal agencies
- Coordinate with state/local partners to implement federal regulations
- Develop training materials for staff on federal compliance requirements
- Monitor program budgets and ensure adherence to federal guidelines

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- 3+ years federal program management experience
- Proficiency in federal grant management systems (e.g., eRA Commons)
- Strong analytical skills with data interpretation experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain federal security clearance
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Certified Federal Grants Manager (CFGM) preferred
