Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain critical city infrastructure systems during overnight hours
- Respond to emergency calls and dispatch appropriate city services
- Process and document municipal operations reports with precision
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless service continuity
- Conduct routine security checks of public facilities
- Provide real-time support to citizens during night-time operations
- Maintain accurate logs of all activities and incidents
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)
- Minimum 2 years experience in government or security operations
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Flexibility to work rotating night shift schedule (10PM-6AM)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and city-specific software systems
