Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage incoming phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in government databases.
- Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing physical and digital documents.
- Prepare and distribute routine correspondence and memos.
- Support the front desk operations and ensure a welcoming environment.
- Learn and utilize state-specific software and government protocols.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite is a plus).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
- Must pass a standard background check and drug screen.
- Valid Driverβs License preferred.
