Responsibilities
- Manage and process incoming public inquiries, applications, and documentation during weekend operations.
- Ensure the accurate and timely entry of data into county databases and record-keeping systems.
- Assist in the organization and maintenance of physical and electronic filing systems.
- Operate standard office equipment including scanners, printers, and multi-line telephones.
- Collaborate with the weekday administrative staff to ensure seamless handover of information.
- Adhere strictly to all county safety protocols and government confidentiality regulations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in an office environment or public service is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Valid driverβs license and reliable transportation are recommended.
