Responsibilities
- Provide Customer Service: Greet visitors and answer inquiries regarding agency services in a professional and courteous manner.
- Data Entry & Records Management: Accurately input and maintain sensitive records and databases using government systems.
- Document Processing: Review, file, and organize incoming mail, applications, and official documents.
- Office Support: Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing as needed.
- Assist with Events: Support the coordination of community outreach events and public information sessions.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: No prior work experience necessary; on-the-job training provided.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
