Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze city operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government regulations and policies.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for city council and executive leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline government processes and enhance public service delivery.
- Manage and update internal databases to ensure accuracy and data integrity.
- Respond to inquiries from the public and internal stakeholders regarding government procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a government, public sector, or non-profit administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to obtain a security clearance or pass a background check as required by government standards.
