Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of municipal departments and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve public service efficiency
- Analyze budget allocations and financial reports to optimize resource utilization

- Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of government operations or public sector management experience
- Proven expertise in municipal budgeting and financial analysis
- Strong knowledge of Texas local government regulations and compliance
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau)
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Professional certification (e.g., CPFO, PMP) highly desirable
