Responsibilities
- Manage weekend intake processes for public inquiries and service requests with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain and update digital records and databases in compliance with county security protocols.
- Assist the public in navigating government services, forms, and procedures.
- Prepare weekly reports summarizing weekend activity, statistics, and operational status.
- Collaborate with weekday teams to ensure seamless handover of ongoing projects.
- Uphold strict confidentiality standards regarding sensitive government data.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Public Administration or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support, customer service, or government operations.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data entry systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse populations.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during shift hours.
