Responsibilities
- Manage and process pension applications, retirement claims, and benefit adjustments with 100% accuracy.
- Conduct thorough audits of pension records to ensure strict adherence to federal and state regulations.
- Provide expert guidance and support to government employees regarding their pension inquiries via phone and email.
- Maintain secure, up-to-date filing systems for sensitive financial and personal employee data.
- Collaborate with the compliance team to interpret and apply changing government policies.
- Generate and analyze monthly pension reports to identify discrepancies and trends.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new administrative staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Public Administration, or a related field is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in government administration, pension management, or payroll processing.
- Deep understanding of government compliance standards, privacy laws, and retirement regulations.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage high volumes of data entry without errors.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and pension management software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first approach.
