Responsibilities
- Answer incoming inquiries regarding pension plans, retirement dates, and benefit calculations.
- Process and review pension applications and supporting documents for accuracy.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in the government database.
- Assist senior citizens with navigating complex forms and government procedures.
- Collaborate with the HR team to resolve discrepancies in employee records.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal pension regulations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, or data entry is a plus but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with the public and staff.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
