- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of pension contributions, beneficiary information, and transaction history using state-of-the-art database systems.
- Compliance Support: Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation to ensure full compliance with state and federal pension regulations.
- Administrative Support: Process applications, verify documentation, and route complex cases to senior specialists while adhering to strict deadlines.
- Process Improvement: Participate in team meetings to identify workflow efficiencies and contribute ideas for enhancing member service.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: No prior experience necessary. We value attitude and aptitude over history.
- Skills: Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite) and strong typing skills.
