Responsibilities
- Analyze legislative proposals and regulatory impacts for city departments
- Research best practices in urban governance and policy implementation
- Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for council members

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of government or policy analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (SPSS, Excel)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Pennsylvania municipal regulations
- Ability to obtain security clearance for sensitive information
- Proven project management experience with multiple stakeholders
