Responsibilities
- Analyze state legislation and regulations to develop actionable policy recommendations
- Research emerging trends in public administration and social services
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for legislative committees
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement policy initiatives
- Monitor program effectiveness and suggest evidence-based improvements
- Represent agency at public hearings and stakeholder meetings
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- 3+ years of policy analysis or government experience
- Proficient in data analysis tools (Excel, SPSS, or R)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with legislative research and report writing
- Knowledge of Oklahoma state government structure
- Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license
