Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive research and analysis on local government policies and community needs to drive decision-making.
- Develop, track, and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for key city-wide initiatives.
- Prepare detailed reports, data visualizations, and presentations for the City Council and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and enhance service delivery.
- Ensure strict adherence to government regulations, auditing standards, and safety protocols.
- Facilitate public workshops and coordinate community engagement activities to gather feedback.
- Monitor legislative changes at the state and federal level to ensure local compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in government operations, program management, or data analysis.
- Strong understanding of local government structures, procurement processes, and regulatory frameworks.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, SQL) and advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Valid Florida driver’s license and reliable transportation for site visits.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
