Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis of government programs to identify areas for efficiency improvement and cost reduction.
- Prepare detailed reports, briefings, and presentations for city management and the Board of Supervisors.
- Coordinate with various municipal departments to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful program delivery.
- Act as a liaison between the public and city agencies, addressing inquiries and resolving complex issues.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to support the city's long-term operational goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in government, public sector, or a relevant administrative role.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, or Tableau.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Knowledge of San Francisco Municipal Codes and government procurement processes is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
