Qualifications

- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau, SPSS)
- Strong understanding of Maryland state regulations
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Project management certification (PMP or equivalent)
- Ability to obtain Secret security clearance
- Maryland residency required
