Responsibilities
- Develop and implement municipal programs aligned with city strategic goals
- Analyze policy impacts and prepare actionable recommendations for council review
- Manage interdepartmental projects ensuring compliance with federal/state regulations
- Conduct community outreach and stakeholder engagement for public initiatives
- Prepare detailed budget reports and grant applications for program funding
- Monitor program effectiveness using KPIs and data-driven methodologies
- Represent the city at public forums and legislative hearings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years government/non-profit program management experience
- Advanced knowledge of Ohio municipal regulations and procurement processes
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI) and MS Office Suite
- Valid Ohio driver's license with clean driving record
- Strong quantitative analysis and grant writing capabilities
- Experience with public records requests and FOIA compliance
