Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of assigned government contracts from proposal to closeout.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and contract requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external government stakeholders to align project goals.
- Prepare and submit accurate financial reports, timecards, and deliverables.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and ensure all administrative processes are followed.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in government contracting, public administration, or project management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong working knowledge of FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) and government compliance standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
