Role Overview:

Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operations and manage project timelines from initiation to completion.
- Prepare and present detailed progress reports to government stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure all activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Foster effective communication between internal departments and external agencies.
- Oversee budget allocations and financial reporting for assigned projects.
- Conduct regular audits and quality assurance checks to maintain high standards.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new government policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a government, public sector, or non-profit environment.
- Strong knowledge of government procurement processes and compliance requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and government database management systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
