Responsibilities
- Process and verify applications for permits, licenses, and government programs with high accuracy.
- Provide exceptional customer service to the public, answering inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Maintain and organize confidential records and digital databases in strict accordance with regulations.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and official documents for department leadership.
- Assist in the coordination of community outreach events and public meetings.
- Perform data entry tasks and assist in the reconciliation of departmental budgets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Valid Arizona Driverβs License is preferred but not required.
