Responsibilities
• Manage and organize sensitive government documents and confidential files with strict adherence to privacy protocols and retention schedules.
• Perform high-volume data entry and document scanning for various state agencies with 99% accuracy.
• Assist the public and staff with information requests via phone, email, and in-person.
• Verify the accuracy of all submitted forms and ensure compliance with local and federal government regulations.
• Update internal databases and prepare weekly administrative reports for management review.
• Coordinate with other departments to facilitate the smooth flow of information and documents.

Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Public Administration or related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in administrative support, records management, or the public sector is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data management software.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain absolute confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to pass a standard background check and obtain necessary security clearance.
