Responsibilities
- Manage, organize, and retrieve official government records and documents with 100% accuracy.
- Process incoming applications, inquiries, and correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure strict compliance with state and federal confidentiality and data privacy regulations.
- Digitize physical records and maintain up-to-date electronic databases.
- Assist the public and internal staff with information requests regarding public records.
- Perform data entry tasks, auditing records, and generating reports as required.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in a government, administrative, or clerical role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and government record management software.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
