Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume public inquiries regarding city permits, regulations, and service requests.
- Ensure strict compliance with local, state, and federal government standards and policies.
- Process administrative documentation, permits, and licenses with 100% accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Monitor and update digital records in the city's database systems to maintain data integrity.
- Conduct research on city ordinances and provide accurate information to stakeholders.
- Assist in the coordination of community outreach programs and public meetings.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent; Associate’s degree in Public Administration or related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in government, public service, or a related administrative field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to navigate complex bureaucratic processes and explain them clearly to the public.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with government software systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
