Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain critical government IT infrastructure during off-hours.
- Analyze system performance data and implement necessary improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure continuity of public services.
- troubleshoot and resolve technical issues affecting government databases.
- Prepare detailed reports for management regarding weekend system status.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal and state data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Public Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in government, public sector, or large-scale enterprise IT environments.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and government CRM systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations.
- Flexibility to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as required.
