Responsibilities
- Execute weekend shift operations for state/local government agencies in Washington, OH
- Process and secure confidential documents with 100% compliance to federal/state regulations
- Provide in-person and telephasic constituent services during weekend hours
- Coordinate emergency response protocols and weekend inter-agency communications
- Maintain digital and physical records using secure government systems
- Conduct weekend facility inspections and security assessments
- Support election weekend operations as mandated by Ohio election laws
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and valid Ohio driver's license
- Associate's degree in Public Administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years government/public sector experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and government databases
- Ability to obtain and maintain federal security clearance
- Flexibility to work Saturdays, Sundays, and holiday weekends
- Certification in Emergency Management (preferred)
