Responsibilities
- Manage weekend citizen service inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Process administrative permits, licenses, and municipal documentation
- Coordinate emergency response protocols during weekend operational hours
- Conduct routine facility inspections and safety compliance checks
- Collaborate with on-call emergency services and weekend maintenance teams
- Generate weekly operational reports and performance metrics
- Support weekend public events and community engagement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 2 years customer service or public sector experience
- Valid North Carolina driver's license (if required for role)
