Responsibilities
- Execute weekend shift operations for municipal service continuity including emergency response coordination
- Manage public service inquiries and documentation across federal, state, and local government channels
- Conduct compliance monitoring for regulatory adherence in weekend operations
- Coordinate cross-agency weekend service delivery and resource allocation
- Prepare shift reports and maintain accurate weekend activity documentation
- Implement emergency protocols and weekend contingency procedures
- Train weekend staff on government protocols and service standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years government/public sector experience or equivalent
- Valid North Carolina driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts (Sat/Sun) with rotating holidays
- Proficiency in government software systems (e.g., NCgov, FedConnect)
- Strong communication skills for multi-agency coordination
- US citizenship and ability to pass federal background clearance
- Emergency management certification preferred
