Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend operations for public service departments
- Coordinate emergency response protocols during off-hours
- Manage cross-agency communication systems
- Supervise 5-7 weekend staff members
- Prepare weekly operational reports for county leadership
- Implement public safety compliance checks
- Train weekend staff on policy updates
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field
- 3+ years government supervisory experience
- Valid California driver's license
- Ability to work flexible weekend schedule (Fri-Sun)
- FBI background clearance required
- Certified Public Manager (CPM) preferred
- Experience with emergency management systems
