Responsibilities
- Research and identify relevant grant opportunities from foundations, corporations, and government agencies
- Write compelling grant proposals, letters of inquiry, and reports tailored to funders' priorities
- Collaborate with program staff to gather project information and impact data
- Maintain accurate grant calendars and submission deadlines using our CRM system
- Track grant outcomes and prepare stewardship reports for funders
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to fundraising strategy discussions
- Adhere to ethical fundraising practices and f compliance guidelines
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Nonprofit Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Strong research abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic database management
- Passion for nonprofit sector and community impact
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
