Responsibilities
- Research and identify relevant grant opportunities from federal, state, and private foundations
- Develop persuasive grant proposals and narratives aligned with organizational goals
- Manage grant application processes including budgets, timelines, and compliance
- Build and maintain relationships with funding partners and program stakeholders
- Analyze funding trends and provide strategic recommendations for growth
- Prepare interim/final reports to ensure continued funding eligibility
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nonprofit Management, Communications, or related field
- 3+ years of proven grant writing experience with $50K+ awards
- Expertise in federal, state, and private foundation applications
- Exceptional writing/editing skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency with grant management software (e.g., GrantStation, Salesforce)
- Ability to independently manage multiple deadlines and priorities
- Portfolio demonstrating successful grant-funded projects
