In this role, you will play a pivotal role in securing the financial resources necessary to fuel our mission. You will work closely with program directors to identify funding opportunities and craft compelling narratives that resonate with donors.

Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research to identify potential funding sources, foundations, and government agencies aligned with our mission.
- Develop and write high-quality grant proposals, narratives, and budgets.
- Manage the entire grant lifecycle, from letter of inquiry to final report submission.
- Collaborate with program staff to define outcomes and impact metrics for reporting.
- Maintain accurate records in our donor management database.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to refine grant writing techniques.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Public Administration, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Proven experience or a strong willingness to learn grant writing through our paid training program.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong research abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
